How i can spawn nemesis and what is the best place to do it ?

Answer 1= You can spawn Nemesis by killing 1000 server zombies.

Answer 2= I guess you choose these places: Santa Maria Beach, Angel Forest and Mount Chiliad...

I think we should care old and poor people and help them!

Drakath: Nemesis is a zombie that appears anywhere but he is very rare. Every time when a server-side zombie spawns, there is a 1 out 1000 chance that this zombie will be Nemesis. Nemesis carries a rocket launcher. He is very aggressive and will chase you while shooting rockets. (Official post)

You have a chance of 1% to spawn the Nemesis basically. We don't have a fixed estimate.

Megatron does not disclose false information please.
Not always if you kill 1000 zombies you can spawn one.
