Can i kick anybody ?

Happy Mother's day, Thanks to our mothers who Make us men. Men of the future.

Anyway, I heard that i can kick anybody after the new server update. Is that right ?
If it right, how can i kick anybody ?
Because there are lot of players that kill me and other players.

We never provide this feature to players. Only team members are allowed to such action.

And if everyone would be able,then our server would have 0 people,because everyone is fed up of getting kicked for no reason(by a normal player).
